Zum Massefärben von wasserunlöslichen thermoplastischen Polymerisaten und Polykondensaten, insbesondere von Polyester, sowie zum Spinnfärben von solchen Materialien werden Nickelkomplex-Disazomethinverbindungen verwendet; diese bauen sich aus zwei Molekein 2-Hydroxynaphthaldehyd, das in 6-Stellung durch Halogen oder eine Cyan-, Carbonsäure-, Carbonsäurealkylester- oder eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Carbonsäureamidgruppe substituiert sein kann, sowie durch ein Molekel eines - o-Phenylendiamins, das in 4- und 5- Stellung durch nichtionogene Substituenten substituiert sein kann, auf; das Nickelatom ist an die Stickstoffatome des Phenylendiamins und an die Sauerstoffatome des Hydroxynaphthaldehyds komplex gebunden. Ausgeschlossen sind jedoch Disazomethinverbindungen, in denen der Phenylendiamin-Rest nicht substituiert ist, falls der Hydroxynaphthaldehyd-Rest in 6-Stellung keinen Substituenten trägt.

Applied in the field of manufacturing textile products, the present invention provides compositions of synthetic polymeric fibers containing from 0.25% to 4.00% of lignin originated from the Kraft process, which are incorporated into the polymer through a subsequent extrusion process with the spinning process, by the use of a double-screw extruder coupled to a spinnerette. The obtained fibers are used in the production of textile products with anti-UV properties due to the presence of lignin, and with greater tenacity, resistance to bursting and antioxidant activity of the knit.
