摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a fiber aggregate for a molded article having satisfactory appearance that can provide a molded article excellent in stiffness and strength against bending, further excellent in impact resistance and appearance. The object of the present invention is also to provide a pre-sheet and a molded article that are obtained from the fiber aggregate for the molded article. The fiber aggregate for molding according to the present invention includes the fiber component and the thermal fusion bonding resin component, in which the fiber component contains a pulp fiber and a polypropylene fiber; the thermal fusion bonding resin component contains at least one selected from the group consisting of polyethylene and acid-modified polyethylene; a content of the thermal fusion bonding resin component in the fiber aggregate is 3% by mass or more and 18% by mass or less; and when T represents a tensile strength of the fiber aggregate in a first direction, and Y represents a tensile strength of the fiber aggregate in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a T/Y ratio is 0.5 or larger and 1.5 or smaller.

摘要: The invention provides a flame-retardant and windproof wadding, which is obtained by using a polymer containing an imide ring as a base material and interlacing and compounding it with at least one polyester fiber in a spinning stage; and a preparation method and special equipment thereof. The characteristics and advantages of the present invention are as follows: the flame-retardant and windproof wadding provided by the present invention uses polyimide fiber as the base material and various fibers; through the adjustment of the preparation method and special equipment, the improvement of the windproof, thermal insulation and flame-retardant effect of the wadding is finally realized; and the same time, various fibers in the wadding are highly mixed, forming a homogeneous, moderately cross-linked and fluffy mixed structure, which can greatly reduce the probability of falling off of the layered structure in the traditional process.

摘要: A waved meltblown fiber web of the present invention relates to a fiber web prepared by a meltblown method and is characterized by a preparation method in which a meltblown microfiber comes in contact with collection portions having different surface velocities so as to be collected. The waved meltblown fiber web of the present invention is characterized in that: a part of meltblown microfibers reaches a low velocity collection portion so as to be horizontally layered, thereby forming a horizontal fiber layer (10); another part of the meltblown microfibers reaches a high velocity collection portion of which the surface velocity is greater that of the low velocity collection portion so as to form a serpentine vertical fiber layer (20); and the upper end of the vertical fiber layer (20) becomes entangled so as to form a wave shaped wave layer (30) forming the uppermost portion of the fiber web.
