The invention relates to a method of manufacturing an impregnate (8) that is provided with markings (7), a wood or fibre board coated with the impregnate, a high-pressure laminate that contains the impregnate and a concrete casting mould that is coated with the impregnate. According to the invention, markings (7) are produced on a moving fibrous material web (1) by a laser printing head (2), after which resin (3) is impregnated into the marked web and the impregnate is dried. The marking, impregnation and drying stages can be carried out as a continuous process without interrupting the movement of the web. The markings (7) can form, on the web, a pattern which is formed by a logo or other similar figure or text and which is constantly repeated, and they can be distinguished from the web as darker or lighter than their surroundings, or by their shades or opacity.

Moreover, the release agent may have additives such as anti-oxidants, preservatives, and emulsifiers that may allow for longer shelf life, easier coating and the like. Still further, the release agent may incorporate coloring and fragrances to make the agent more user friendly and easier to identify for coating purposes by the end user. The release agent may also incorporate freezing point depressants, anti-oxidants, emulsifiers, fragrances and solvent additives to increase shelf life and efficacy of the release agent.

The main step is to make resin prototype by silica-gel mould, that moulded by a base densely covered with tiny edges and corners. Cover and below parts of silica-gel mould are made separately by resin prototype. Then, slurry is poured into silica-gel mould, moisture of slurry is absorbed by cover part of mould, forming two parts of base with established thickness. Cover part of silica-gel mould is removed, slurry is applied into junction of two parts of base. After the slurry in junction is dried, the complete base is made. With high temperature sintering, the pottery ornament densely covered with tiny edges and corners is obtained.

A room temperature curable water-based mold release agent that is useful for demolding composite parts, such as epoxy and polyester based polymer materials. The mold release agent is curable at low temperatures, such as room temperature, but is thermally stable up to conventional epoxy based composite molding temperatures, e.g., greater than 200 or 280°C. The mold release agent is useful for demolding large composite parts that are cured in large ovens at high temperature when the molds themselves are prepped at room temperature before placing in the oven. The mold release agent is also useful for demolding polyester composite parts that are prepared and cured at low temperature such as room temperature.
