Abstract: La présente invention concerne une structure tubulaire multicouche (MLT) destinée au transport de fluides tels que de l'air, de l'huile, de l'eau, une solution d'urée, un liquide de refroidissement à base de glycol, un refroidisseur d'huile de transmission (TOC), ou un liquide de climatisation, ou un carburant tel que de l'essence, en particulier de la bio-essence ou du diesel, en particulier bio-diesel, comprenant au moins une couche (1) et au moins une couche (2),
ladite couche (1) comprenant une composition comprenant :
- a) au moins 50% en poids d'au moins un polyamide semi-aromatique de formule W/ZT,
- b) au moins 10% en poids, préférentiellement au moins 15% d'un modifiant choc,
- c) de 0 à 20% en poids d'au moins un plastifiant,
- d) de 0 à 40% en poids d'au moins un additif,
la somme a) +b) + c) + d) étant égale à 100%,
ladite couche (2) comprenant une composition comprenant
a') au moins 50% en poids d'au moins un polyamide semi-cristallin à courte chaîne noté (A), ledit polyamide aliphatique à courte chaîne (A) étant de formule X 1 Y 1 /Z 1 , ou de formule V/Z 1 ,

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing an article comprising at least a first component of a polyolefin in conjunction with a second component of a polymer made by ring-opening metathesis polymerisation of norbornene type monomers. The method comprises pre-treating a surface of the first component, applying a ring-opening metathesis polymerisable mixture of norbornene type monomers and a catalyst to the surface, and curing the ring-opening metathesis polymerisable mixture in contact with the surface, wherein the ring-opening metathesis polymerisable mixture has a · 1000 at 30°C of more than 9 sec. Articles such as pipe line field joint or a protective element for a concrete tunnel lining element can be obtained with the method.

Abstract: Provided is a method for producing a separator which has uniform and dense pores on the negative electrode surface side. A method for producing a porous polyimide film according to the present invention comprises: a first un-burned composite film forming step wherein a first un-burned composite film is formed on a substrate using a first varnish that contains (A1) a polyamide acid or a polyimide and (B1) fine particles at a volume ratio (A1):(B1) of from 19:81 to 45:65; a second un-burned composite film forming step wherein a second un-burned composite film is formed on the first unburned composite film using a second varnish that contains (A2) a polyamide acid or a polyimide and (B2) fine particles at a volume ratio (A2):(B2) of from 20:80 to 50:50 and has a lower fine particle content ratio than the first varnish; a burning step wherein an un-burned composite film composed of the first un-burned composite film and the second un-burned composite film is burned, thereby obtaining a polyimide-fine particle composite film; and a fine particle removal step wherein the fine particles are removed from the polyimide-fine particle composite film.

Abstract: [Solution] The meltblown nonwoven fabric of the present invention comprises thermoplastic resin fibers having an average fiber diameter of 0.1 to 10 µm, has a bulk density of not more than 36 kg/m 3 and has an air permeability, as measured by a Frazier type method at basis weight of 200 g/m 2 , of 3 to 100 cc/cm 2 /sec. [Effect] The meltblown nonwoven fabric of the present invention has a low bulk density and is excellent in sound absorption performance, oil adsorption performance, heat insulation performance, dust collection performance and filtration performance. Since the meltblown nonwoven fabric of the present invention can be formed from one kind of a resin composition, it can be simply and easily produced as compared with the case of using mixed fibers or conjugated fibers formed from many kinds of resins, and the resulting meltblown nonwoven fabric can have uniformity and no variability of properties. The sound absorbingmaterial of the present invention is obtained by a simple process and is excellent in sound absorption performance, so that it can be preferably used as a sound absorbing material of the living environment or transportation means, and weight lightening or thinning of a sound absorbing material can be achieved.

Abstract: A sheet material consisting of an mixture consisting essentially of: a) 10-50 percent by weight of random-oriented fibres, and; b) 90-50 percent by weight of a thermoplastic or thermoplastic elastomer; the weight percentages being based on the overall homogeneous mixture; and the sheet material having at room temperature a Shore D hardness of 40 to 85. - Erwärmen des mit der Decklage (10, 11) versehenen Wabenkerns (1) zum Plastifizieren des thermoplastischen Materials (7), und
- Verpressen des Wabenkerns (1) und der Decklage (10, 11) in dem oder in einem erwärmten Zustand zur Herstellung der Sandwichstruktur (16), wobei vor dem Aufbringen des pulverförmigen thermoplastischen Materials (7) ein Haftmittel auf den Wabenkern (1) aufgebracht wird. Daneben betrifft die Erfindung eine durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren hergestellte Sandwichstruktur (16).-

In one embodiment, a multi-layer protective sheet comprises sequential layers as follows: optionally, a topcoat layer; a carrier layer; a resilient layer; and an adhesive layer. Protective sheets of the invention are advantageously not only capable of protecting a surface, but also capable of being more cleanly removed therefrom than conventional protective sheets without resilient layers between the carrier layer and adhesive layer therein.

Abstract: Provided is a fixing structure in which a gap is maintained between a through-hole wall surface and a protrusion. In order to fix a metal plate 10 to a resin plate 20 by heat staking, a through-hole 11 having a larger diameter than that of a heat staking protrusion 21 formed on the resin plate 20 is formed in the metal plate 10. Then, a sheet material 30 having a low thermal conductivity is laid on the metal plate 10. The sheet material 30 has a small-diameter through-hole 31 just large enough to allow the heat staking protrusion 21 to pass through. Then, with the sheet material 30 laid on the metal plate 10, the heat staking protrusion 21 is heated and melted to fix the metal plate 10 to the resin plate 20 by heat staking.
