An onboard computer (24) controls stabilizers (22, 27), and spoilers (23) to maintain a precise flight path. A fiber optic cable (70) is mounted on the structural cable (50) and in communication with an onboard long distance communication system. The structural cable (50), fiber optic cable (70) and electricity distribution cable (60) are connected to buildings for providing a door-to-door transportation, communication, and nationwide power distribution system.
