    摘要： A secondary battery (100) comprises a case body member (110) of a rectangular parallelepiped shape having a plurality of housing parts (115) each accommodating each of a plurality of electrode plate groups (150), and a cover member (120) that closes an insertion opening (115b) of the case body member (110), through which each electrode plate group (150) is inserted in each housing part (115). The case body member (110) is made integrally of resin by injection molding. The battery case (101) is compartmentalized into the cover member (120) and the case body member (110) in a direction of depth (C) (a direction of minimum dimension) which is the smallest in dimension among a direction of width (A), a direction of height (B), and a direction of depth (C), which are perpendicular to one another.
