[Solving Means] On the premise that inner brackets 16 and 18 are overlapped with outer brackets 15 and 17, and pins 22 and 23 are inserted into pin holes 19 and 20 thereof so as to connect the brackets to each other, inner collar portions 38 of pin guide members 37 for retaining the pins 22 and 23 are combined and integrated with each other by bolts 41 and nuts 42 through a supporting plate 40 serving as a connection member. Meanwhile, outer collar portions 39 of both the pin guide members 37 are supported in the pin radial direction with respect to the inner brackets 16 and 18 and rotation thereof is prevented.
