    摘要: The present invention relates to an efficient method for refining sodium carbonate (Na 2 CO 3 ) by performing a treatment of reducing carbon dioxide emission of combustion exhaust gas by circulating a carbon dioxide absorption treatment step and a caustic soda regeneration step and using natural sodium carbonate soda ore consisting of Na 2 CO 3 and NaHCO 3 , and a method for producing sodium bicarbonate using the produced sodium carbonate (Na 2 CO 3 ) This method is a treatment method for reducing carbon dioxide emission of combustion exhaust gas using a synthetic caustic soda aqueous solution as a carbon dioxide absorbing liquid, the method includes a caustic soda synthesis step; a treatment step of reducing carbon dioxide emission of combustion exhaust gas; and a recycling step, the caustic soda synthesis step is a step in which a natural sodium carbonate aqueous solution (Na 2 CO 3 ) prepared by dissolving natural sodium carbonate ore powder consisting of Na 2 CO 3 and NaHCO 3 in a caustic soda aqueous solution is used to generate a caustic soda aqueous solution and calcium carbonate precipitate by a causticization reaction with slaked lime, and solid-liquid separation is performed to obtain a synthetic caustic soda aqueous solution, and the treatment step of reducing carbon dioxide emission of combustion exhaust gas is a step in which the synthetic caustic soda aqueous solution generated in the caustic soda synthesis step and purified combustion exhaust gas are brought into gas-liquid countercurrent contact so that carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas is reduced by being absorbed by the synthetic caustic soda aqueous solution and immobilized as sodium carbonate.

At an initial stage of a finish reclaiming to recover an absorption component in reclaiming residue after introduction of the lean extraction solution into the reclaimer is stopped, second supply water control is performed in which at least one of the reflux water, the steam condensate, and the desalinated water is supplied to the reclaimer as the first supply water and a washing liquid including an acid gas absorbing liquid in a water wash section of an acid gas absorption tower is supplied to the reclaimer as second supply water. At a later stage of the finish reclaiming, third supply water control is performed in which the supply of the second supply water is stopped and at least one of the reflux water, the steam condensate, and the desalinated water is supplied as the first supply water.
