    摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kupplung zweier Fluid-Leitungen (1,2) mit einem die beiden Leitungsenden absperrenden oder freigebenden Kugelhahn (3), der aus zwei im wesentlichen halbkugelförmigen Hahnhälften (31,32) besteht, von denen eine der ersten Fluidleitung (1) und die andere der zweiten Fluidleitung (2) zugeordnet ist und mit denen jeweils die zugeordnete Fluidleitung absperrbar ist, und wobei sich bei aneinander angrenzenden Stirnflächen (1a,2a) der Fluid-Leitungen die beiden Hahnhälften (31,32) zum im wesentlichen kugelförmigen Kugelhahn ergänzen, der nach Verdrehen sowohl einen Fluid-Übertritt durch die beiden Leitungsenden freigibt als auch die beiden Fluid-Leitungen in dieser Hahnposition untrennbar miteinander verbindet. Dabei kann die eine Hahnhälfte mit zwei auf der Kugeloberfläche diametral angeordneten Klauen versehen sein, in die diametral angeordnete Stege der anderen Hahnhälfte einführbar sind und jede Hahnhälfte in der Wand der zugeordneten Fluidleitung über die Klauen oder über die Stege verdrehbar geführt sein.

    摘要: The present invention provides a medical coupling site (210) which is adapted to be directly attached to a standard male luer fitting. The coupling site includes a valve element (216) contained within a tubular housing (214). The housing (214) is provided with a threaded portion for engaging the threaded locking collar of a male luer lock whereby the male luer lock will be held in positive mechanical locking engagement with the coupling site (210). The valve element (216) is provided with rib members (244, 246) extending inwardly from an inner wall of the valve elements (216) toward a slit (236) formed in a diaphragm (234) such that the rib members (244, 246) act to bias the slit (236) to a closed position. The housing (214) includes a flange extending radially inwardly over the diaphragm (234) and defining a diameter for frictionally engaging a male luer in locking engagement. In addition, an exposed surface (249, 251) of the diaphragm (234) is formed with surface texturing to define a roughened surface (249, 251). The roughened surface (249, 251) reduces the surface friction between the diaphragm (234) and a male luer as the luer is inserted through the diaphragm (234).

    摘要: A device for connecting a user to a source of medical gas or a vacuum source, comprises a connecting box (1) to be connected to the gas source (4) and having a closing valve (10), and a connecting element (5) to be connected with the user and having a connecting nipple (7) insertable in a connecting opening (9) of the connecting box (1). This connecting nipple (7) is slidable within the connecting opening (9) in axial direction between a parking position and a further inserted working position, wherein the closing valve (10) is opened in the working position only. The connecting nipple (7) includes a collar (8) and the connecting opening (9) includes first (13) and second (23) locking elements adapted to engage the collar (8) of the connecting nipple (9) to lock the connecting element (5) in the connecting box (1) in a parking position and a working position, respectively. The connecting box (1) is further provided with a manually operable actuating means (19) for releasing the locking (13) of the connecting element (5) in the connecting box (1). When releasing the locking (13) of the connecting element (5) in the working position, the actuating means (19) activates locking means (23) for blocking the connecting element (5) in the parking position, so that the connecting element (5) cannot shoot fully out of the connecting box (1) unintentionally.
