The pivot plate is biased to rotate about an axis in a first direction to urge the guide wheel toward the drive wheel, and the drive wheel and the guide wheel are configured to receive the strap after the strap is looped around the compressible material, to block movement of the strap away from the sealing assembly, and to drive the strap toward the sealing assembly.

When activated by the operator of the bale ejection system, the a pairs of parallel arms raise simultaneously to expose an outlet through which the bale may be ejected. A formed bale may become ejected by one or more conveyer belts that exert a rearward force on the bale within the bale chamber.
