In accordance with a superposition command, the distributed transfer quantity assigned to the Z-axis of a superposing reference system is subjected to an acceleration/deceleration processing by a separately provided superposing acceleration/deceleration processing unit, and the resultant variable is added to the transfer command quantity assigned to the Z-axis. In accordance with a superposition canceling command, the transfer quantity remaining in the superposing acceleration/deceleration processing unit is superposed on the transfer command quantity to the Z-axis. The superposition can be started and canceled smoothly without stopping both the control systems.
