    摘要: A superposition control method which uses a numerical controller and with which the waiting is not necessary, the superposition can be started and canceled even in motion and, further, quick acceleration and quick deceleration can be avoided. In accordance with a superposition command, the distributed transfer quantity assigned to the Z-axis of a superposing reference system is subjected to an acceleration/deceleration processing by a separately provided superposing acceleration/deceleration processing unit, and the resultant variable is added to the transfer command quantity assigned to the Z-axis. In accordance with a superposition canceling command, the transfer quantity remaining in the superposing acceleration/deceleration processing unit is superposed on the transfer command quantity to the Z-axis. The superposition can be started and canceled smoothly without stopping both the control systems.

    摘要: A worktable used for effecting machining using a rotary abrasive tool. The work table comprises a table (3) for mounting a work (W) and a based (1) mounted on a table (2) of the machine. The table (3) is supported on the base (1) via a plurality of piezoelectric actuators (401) to (412). The numerical control apparatus includes a thread-cutting vibration adjustment unit (484) controlling the drive unit to shift phase of the vibration with respect to phase of the main shaft by a predetermined vibration phase shift amount every time in the cut process performed more than once.
