In addition to improving security of data communication between a control device and a mobile terminal, to make it possible to easily make the data communication. A working machine of the present invention is provided with a control device that can make wireless communication with a mobile terminal 3 storing a mobile-use ID code and stores a working machine-use ID code, wherein the control device is provided with: ID code checking means 41 adapted to check the mobile-use ID code obtained by ID code obtaining means 40 and the working machine-use ID code with each other; data communication means 42 adapted, in the case where as a result of the checking by the checking means, matching between the ID codes is established, to allow data communication between the mobile terminal 3 and the control device, and in the case where the matching is not established, not to allow the data communication; and ID code registration means adapted to register the working machine-use ID code in the mobile terminal 3 as the mobile-use ID code.

A machine abnormality monitoring device comprises: a basic information generating unit (3) which generates basic information, including a priority level preset for each type of abnormality, when an abnormality judgment unit (2) judges that an abnormality has occurred; a snapshot data storage unit (6) in which snapshot data regarding the abnormality occurrence is stored while being associated with the basic information; and a storage control unit (7) which controls the storage of the snapshot data in the snapshot data storage unit. In cases where a new abnormality occurs when the snapshot data storage unit has no free storage area, if snapshot data at a priority level lower than that of the new abnormality exists in prior snapshot data stored in the snapshot data storage unit, the storage control unit stores the snapshot data regarding the new abnormality in the snapshot data storage unit in place of the prior snapshot data at the lower priority level while associating the new snapshot data with the basic information. The machine abnormality monitoring device allows the administrator to acquire the snapshot data regarding an abnormality in question with high reliability.

The invention relates to a method for determining a variable operating height of a tool equipped with a pivoting element wherein a linear movement is performed by a pivoting element (2) of the tool (1) in order to achieve the operating height. In order to enable precise results when determining the operating height even in rough environmental conditions, according to the invention the operating height is determined by identifying a pressure differential (Δp) which results from the height difference (Δh) covered by the pivoting element (2).
