The hydraulic circuit includes first to fourth hydraulic pumps (P 1 ,P 2 ,P 3 ,P 4 ); first to six (1-6) switching valves installed in the first to second hydraulic pumps, respectively, and shifted to control hydraulic fluid fed to working devices or traveling devices; a confluence switching valve (9) installed in the third hydraulic pump (P 3 ) and shifted to supply the hydraulic fluid to the working devices (1,2,5,6) on the first (P 1 ) and second (P 2 ) hydraulic pump sides; signal lines (15,16) for the traveling devices and the working devices; a first valve (21) connected between the signal line (15) for the traveling device and an intersection between the signal line (17) for the confluence switching valve (9) and a tank line (18); and a second valve (22) installed in a flow path (17a) between the first valve (21) and the tank line (18), shifted to discharge pressure in the signal line (17) for the confluence switching valve (9) to the tank line (18) or to block the flow path (17a) to form the signal pressure in the signal line (17) for the confluence (9).

There are provided meter-out flow lines through which a hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator flows; variable restrictors provided in the meter-out flow lines; a load sensor detecting the magnitude of a negative load which is a load applied to the hydraulic actuator by an external force and which is a load in the same direction as the operating direction of the hydraulic actuator; and a control device which, when the load abnormality sensor does not detect any abnormality in the load sensor, reduces the sum total of the opening areas of the variable restrictors in accordance with an increase in the magnitude of the negative load detected by the load sensor and the operation amount detected by the operation amount sensor and which, when the load abnormality sensor detects abnormality in the load sensor, reduces the sum total of the opening areas of the variable restrictors to a predetermined value in accordance with the operation amount detected by the operation amount sensor.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic cylinder 20, for example for use in a hydraulic tool, comprising at least one piston/cylinder combination composed of a cylinder body and a piston 14a accommodated in said cylinder body and provided with a piston rod 14 that projects from said cylinder body, wherein the cylinder body and the piston body define a first cylinder chamber 21a while the cylinder body, the piston body and the piston rod define a second cylinder chamber 21b, and wherein during operation the piston performs alternating forward and return operational cycles under the influence of a fluidum under pressure that is conducted to the first and the second cylinder chamber through a first and a second line, respectively, and a control valve 24 which regulates the supply of a fluid under pressure through the first or the second line to the piston/cylinder combination. The invention has for its object to provide an improved actuating cylinder as described above which immediately acts on the hydraulic system in the event of the emergency situations sketched above and which prevents permanent damage to the various components. According to the invention, the hydraulic cylinder is for this purpose characterised in that it comprises a safety valve 40 which is passive in a first position and which in a second position, if the pressure in the second cylinder chamber is higher than a preset load pressure, connects the second cylinder chamber to the first cylinder chamber via a differential valve 30 .
