The pressure limiting device fluidly connects to the passageway between the isolation valve and the pressure transmitter connection. The manifold may preferably include a pressure snubber within the passageway to increase the flow impedance of the passageway.

The diaphragm divides the interior volume into a first portion and a second portion.
