Abstract:
An inner die of a molding die includes a core shaft, split dies radially arranged along an outer peripheral surface of the core shaft around an axis of the core shaft, which serves as a center, and a cylindrical set ring arranged below the split dies, the core shaft being inserted through the set ring. An annular engaging surface, which is a tapered surface whose diameter is gradually reduced downward, is formed in an inner peripheral side of an upper end portion of the set ring, and lower end portions of the respective split dies are introduced into, and engaged with the engaging surface. The molding die includes a pressing portion that presses downward upper end portions of the respective split dies introduced into the set ring, so as to move the lower end portions of the respective split dies toward the axis along the engaging surface.
Abstract:
The present invention describes composite rods keeping two elements apart a determined distance carrying the loads between them, such as railways, industrial premises, etc. Besides, the manufacturing method thereof and the tool involved in this process are also described.
Abstract:
An actuating system of sectors of a device (2) for producing an airplane fuselage. Each sector is provided with an actuating system (27) of the screw - nut screw type in which a threaded element (31) is rotated about a rotation axis (32) by a motor (28). The threaded element (31) comprises an internal shaft (33) made of a first material and extending along the rotation axis (32) and an external tubular portion (34) made of a second material, mounted axially on a portion of the shaft and provided externally with a thread. Constraint means (38) are provided between the internal shaft (33) and the tubular portion (34) adapted to prevent angular displacement of the tubular portion (34) with respect to the internal shaft (33) allowing linear sliding of the tubular portion (34) with respect to the internal shaft (33). A thermal stress applied to the threaded element (31) produces the sliding of a free end portion (34a) of the tubular portion (34) with respect to the internal shaft (33) so that an increase in the temperature does not produce an overall elongation of the threaded element (31) maintaining each sector in the expanded lamination position previously defined.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing large cylindrical structures or large cylindrical molded parts (F), in particular fuselage parts for aircraft manufacture made of fiber-reinforced plastic, wherein fibers, preferably semi-finished fiber materials (4), and a curable plastic mass (5) are introduced into a molding space (3) between an inner cylindrical mold (1) and an outer cylindrical mold (2) and then cured. Said method is characterized in that the inner cylindrical mold (1) is made up of a plurality of inner segments (1a) distributed about the circumference, and the outer cylindrical mold (2) is made up of a plurality of outer segments (2a) distributed about the circumference, and that the outer segments (2a) are braced against the inner mold (1) by means of one or more tension cables (8) which are wound about the outer segments (2), interposing the fibers or semi-finished fiber material (4).
Abstract:
The present invention refers to a mould (3) for the injection moulding of elements (7), particularly of vehicles bodywork portions, more particularly of bumpers, made of plastic material, said mould (3) being provided with a removal system (9) comprising internal transversal bars (91) and external longitudinal bars (93) conveniently assembled and mutually connected so as to form a single stiff open body, which is able to guarantee the handling of the moulded element (7); the present invention also refers to a moulding apparatus (1) comprising said mould (3) as well as to elements (7) made of plastic material obtained with said mould (3).
Abstract:
The invention relates to an L-shaped fitting obtained after molding a composite material, including two portions defining an angle therebetween and having holes formed therein for connecting the two portions using an attachment device, and having side reinforcements in the form of brackets. At least one portion has a concave curved profile on the inner side of the fitting, and the hole(s), formed in the portion having a concave curved profile on the inner side are each formed along an axis radial to the curvature.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a handpiece for dental or surgical use, including fixed components (2) and mobile components, characterised in that at least some of said fixed (2) and/or mobile components are made of a composite material obtained by combining at least two different base materials, i.e. a matrix and a reinforcement, the composite material being applied as one or more layers.
