摘要： Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Gebiet der Metallurgie und betrifft Verbundwerkstoffe, wie sie beispielsweise für produktberührte Teile von Bergbau-, Misch- und Aufbereitungsanlagen oder in Anlagen für die Zementherstellung zum Einsatz kommen können.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht in der Angabe von Verbundwerkstoffen, die eine sehr hohe Verschleißbeständigkeit aufweisen und in der Angabe eines einfachen und kostengünstigen Verfahrens zu ihrer Herstellung.
Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch Verbundwerkstoffe mit sehr hoher Verschleißbeständigkeit, die aus einer gegossenen Eisenbasislegierung bestehen, in der mindestens bereichsweise Hartstoffpartikel eingelagert sind, wobei die Hartstoffpartikel mindestens teilweise von einer Bindephase umgeben und über die Bindephase mindestens teilweise miteinander verbunden sind, und in der Eisenbasislegierung Ausscheidungen des Kohlenstoff vorhanden sind, wobei lamellenförmige oder lamellare Ausscheidungen des Kohlenstoffs ausschließlich im Bereich der Hartstoffpartikel und/oder der Bindephase um die Hartstoffpartikel in einem maximalen Abstand von der Hartstoffpartikeloberfläche von 10 mm vorhanden sind.
