摘要: It is provided an insulating substrate including through holes for conductors arranged in the insulating substrate. A thickness of the insulating substrate is 25 to 100 µ m, and a diameter of the through hole is 20 to 100 µ m. The insulating substrate includes a main body part and exposed regions exposed to the through holes and is composed an alumina sintered body. A relative density of the alumina sintered body is 99.5 percent or higher. The alumina sintered body has a purity of 99.9 percent or higher, and has an average grain size of 3 to 6 µ m in said main body part. Alumina grains are plate-shaped in the exposed region and the plate-shaped alumina grains have an average length of 8 to 25 µ m.

An accessory member includes a sintered ceramic body, a kurtosis Rku derived from a surface roughness curve of an outer surface of the sintered ceramic body falling in a range of 0.5 or more and 2.5 or less. In this case, since the sintered ceramic body has many rounded asperities at its outer surface, it is possible to suppress adhesion of dirt to the outer surface, as well as to remove adherent dirt with ease.

摘要: A sintered rod-shaped proppant and anti-flowback agent possesses high strength and high conductivity. The sintered rods comprise between about 0.2% by weight and about 4% by weight aluminum titanate. In some embodiments, the sintered rods are made by mixing bauxitic and non-bauxitic sources of alumina that may also contain several so-called impurities (such as TiO 2 ), extruding the mixture, and sintering it. The starting material may optionally be milled to achieve better compacity and crush resistance in the final sintered rod. A fracturing fluid may comprise the sintered rods alone or in combination with a proppant, preferably a proppant of a different shape.
