The invention relates to a stethoscope head (1) for a one-way stethoscope with a membrane. The inventive stethoscope has a funnel or bell-shaped resonance body (2). A membrane (4) and the resonance body (2) enclose a resonance chamber (22), said resonance chamber being interconnected to the air column in the lumen of a tube (7). A capsule (3) consisting of soundproof material completely surrounds the distal region of the resonance body (2) without contact, leaving just an opening (31) for the tube (7) to pass through, and a suspension element (5) consisting of elastomer material forms a mobile connection between the capsule (3) and the holding ring (9) attached to the peripheral rim (23) of the resonance body (2).

A stethoscope including a diaphragm head with a loosely affixed diaphragm exhibiting an increased frequency response range. The diaphragm is peripherally supported adjacent the rim of the diaphragm head. The diaphragm is contacted with the head by the pressure applied by the underlying skin or clothing of the patient to eliminate sound leakage therebetween.

A wearable heart sound detection system, which includes an acoustic sensing device for collecting heart sound signals of the body, performing signal amplification, filtering, digitization and other preprocessing on the collected heart sound signals, and outputting the preprocessed heart sound signals; a computing electronic device communicatively coupled to the acoustic sensing device for acquiring the preprocessed heart sound signal, and a cloud data database communicatively coupled to the external computing electronic device. The acoustic device includes a capacitive sound sensor, a piezoelectric sound sensor and a circuit assembly. The circuit assembly is respectively electrically connected with the capacitive sound sensor and the piezoelectric sound sensor. The circuit assembly, the capacitive sound sensor and the piezoelectric sound sensor are integrated on a flexible substrate.

Provided is a stethoscope including: a support base having a contact surface that comes into contact with an object to be measured, a rear surface provided on a side opposite to the contact surface, and a side surface that connects the contact surface and the rear surface to each other and has a neck portion having a diameter smaller than a diameter of each of the contact surface and the rear surface; a piezoelectric film that is supported by the support base and detects a vibration caused by a sound generated from the object to be measured; a first sound absorbing material that is provided on an outer surface of the rear surface and absorbs a vibration caused by a sound coming from an outside; and a second sound absorbing material that is provided on an outer surface of the side surface on a side of the contact surface with respect to the neck portion and absorbs the vibration caused by the sound coming from the outside.

The present relates to a device for measuring at least one parameter of a patient, the device comprising a casing equipped with at least one sensor for measuring said parameter of the patient. The device comprises at least three sensors, each sensor being configured for measuring one distinct parameter, said three sensors being chosen among a list comprising at least a temperature sensor to measure a temperature of the patient, a sound sensor to record a body sound of the patient and an oximeter sensor to measure a blood oxygen level of the patient.
The three sensors are mounted in the casing so that when the device is in contact with the skin of the patient, at least two distinct parameters, preferably three distinct parameters, are measured simultaneously.
