    摘要: Provided are a balance control method and an energy storage system. Once a battery module is newly added, according to SOC values of battery modules, a control apparatus (11) determines a target battery module for which SOC adjustment needs to be performed from among a plurality of battery modules, and controls a switch corresponding to the target battery module to close, so as to adjust the SOC of the target battery module by means of a circuit where a bidirectional DC/DC apparatus (12) is located, until the SOCs of the plurality of battery modules are balanced. Since an energy storage system which comprises a bidirectional DC/DC apparatus (12), a control apparatus (11), a plurality of battery modules and corresponding connection relationships is used, battery modules having unbalanced SOCs may be automatically adjusted when a battery module is newly added. Finally, the SOCs of all battery modules are balanced, thereby improving the reliability of the operation of the energy storage system.

    摘要: An electrical charging apparatus (10) working to electrically charge an electrical storage device (110) includes an electrical power converter (13, 20, 30) and a controller (70). The electrical power converter converts an alternating-current input voltage into a direct-current voltage and outputs it to the electrical storage device. The controller works to control the electrical power converter to pulsate the charging current supplied from the electrical power converter to the electrical storage device. The controller also controls the electrical power converter to set a pulsation frequency of the charging current to an integral multiple of the frequency of the input voltage and also to bring a phase difference between a zero-crossing time of the input voltage and a time when the charging current is minimized to be smaller than or equal to one-eighth of one cycle of the input voltage.
