The present invention relates to a new catalyst compound comprising a silver (Ag) layer and a copper (Cu) layer, wherein the copper layer is functionalized with at least one group of formula I: -S-R (Formula I), wherein R is an optionally substituted, four-, five- or six-membered aromatic ring comprising at least one heteroatom chosen in the group comprising N and S and its use thereof in a reduction chemical reaction, preferably in reduction of CO 2 into CO or other small molecules such as gaseous hydrocarbons (methane, ethylene) or liquid molecules (ethanol, formic acid). The invention also relates to the process of manufacture of said catalyst compound and to a process electrochemical conversion of CO 2 to small molecules.

The invention also relates to the process of manufacture of said catalyst compound and to a process of reduction of CO 2 into CO.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation d'un matériau siliceux à partir de balle de riz, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : a) une pyrolyse de la balle de riz à une température θ1 comprise entre 600 °C et 800 °C, sous une atmosphère inerte, pour obtenir des cendres, puis b) un recuit des cendres obtenues à l'étape a) à une température θ2 comprise entre 300 °C et 600 °C tout en étant inférieure à θ1, sous une atmosphère oxydante, moyennant quoi on obtient le matériau siliceux sous la forme d'une poudre. Elle se rapporte également à un procédé de traitement d'une eau, notamment en vue de la décontaminer en cations métalliques et, plus particulièrement, en cations de métaux lourds, mettant en œuvre le procédé de préparation du matériau siliceux.

The invention relates to a composition that includes cork or a cork-based material and a binder which includes at least one polyhydroxyurethane prepared using raw materials that are not highly toxic, preferably from biomass. In particular, the polyhydroxyurethane binder is synthesised from at least one compound (A) comprising two or more cyclocarbonate groups and at least one compound (B) comprising two or more amino groups. The invention also relates to the method for preparing said composition.
