    摘要: According to the present invention, a method for producing a compound represented by general formula (3) by having a compound represented by general formula (1) and a compound represented by genera formula (2) react with each other reaches a sufficient reaction rate at a low temperature in a short time, and provides an alkoxysilyl alkylaminoalkyl-modified polysiloxane compound which has a low polymer content and good storage stability, while being suppressed in coloration.
