A handling apparatus for platelike elements, such as prefab walls, comprising a wheeled frame having a substantially vertically directed supporting surface with a substantially horizontally directed supporting edge at its bottom. The supporting surface with the supporting edge is arranged parallel to a wheel shaft along a side edge of the frame. The frame is provided with at least one support wheel spaced behind the supporting surface, and spaced above the frame wheels, said support wheel being mounted in a support lowerable in vertical direction. The supporting surface and supporting edge may have lateral extension members and each support wheel support is preferably movable in a stepless controlled manner.

A polyolefin composition which comprises: (a) a polyolefin containing transition metal catalyst residue (excluding metallic co-catalyst residues) at a level below 5 ppm based on the weight of the polyolefin; (b) optionally a first stabilizing component consisting of a phenolic antioxidant or mixture of phenolic antioxidants; (c) optionally a second stabilizing component consisting of a phosphite antioxidant or a mixture of phosphite antioxidants; and (d) a third stabilizing component which acts also as a color suppressant and which is a polyfunctional alcohol, amine or amide or mixtures thereof, with at least one of (b) and (c) present and with the proviso that if the phosphite antioxidant is trilauryl phosphite it must be used in combination with another phosphite. The preferred stabilizing components (b) is 1,3,5-tris(4-tert-butyl-3-hydroxy-2,6 dimethyl,benzyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-trione or mixed tocopherols. The preferred stabilizing component (c) is Tris(mono-nonylphenyl)phosphite, Tris(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl)phosphite or bis(2,4-di-t-butyl phenyl)pentaerythritol diphosphite. The preferred stabilizing component (d) which also acts as a color suppressant component (d) is dipentaerythritol or tri-isopropanol amine. The preferred polyolefins are polypropylene and polyethylene. The polyolefin composition also may contain a hindered amine stabilizer (HAS) and an acid scavenger (e.g. calcium stearate).

A lifting device (20) for installing lightweight prefabricated elements (21) in place on a wall or ceiling of a building. The lifting device comprises an intermediate storage (37) for the lightweight prefabricated elements and a lifting unit (22) provided with a gripping means (23, 36) for transferring the lightweight prefabricated elements from the intermediate storage to the installation site. According to the invention, the lifting device equipped with the intermediate storage incorporates at least one work station (26) for the installer (35) installing the lightweight element (21) in place. When there are two work stations (26a, 26b), the first work station (26a) is intended for the installer (35a) installing the first end of the lightweight prefabricated element (21) in place, and the second work station (26b) for the installer (35b) installing the opposite end of the lightweight prefabricated element in place. In a most preferred embodiment, the work stations (26a, 26b) are connected to turning booms (25a, 25b), which are mounted on the frame (24) of the lifting device so that the work stations are movable in both vertical and lateral directions.

Die Erfindung betrifft die Handhabung plattenförmiger Elemente (16,17,18). Herkömmlich werden bei der Montage vorgefertigter Wandelemente die Wandelemente von Arbeitskräften zum Montageort getragen und dort von Hand aufgerichtet. Dies ist nachteilig wegen der großen Anzahl der für diesen Arbeitsgang benötigten Arbeitskräfte. Die Erfindung löst das Problem diesen Arbeitsgang günstiger zu gestalten. Die Erfindung schlägt daher vor wenigstens ein auf einer ersten Kante im wesentlichen aufrecht stehendes plattenförmiges Element (16,17,18) aufzunehmen, das plattenförmige Element über eine seiner Ecken zu kippen, insbesondere derart, daß es in eine schrägliegende Position gelangt, in der eine der ersten Kante benachbarte zweite, insbesondere kurze, Kante nach unten weist und im wesentlichen waagerecht ausgerichtet wird und es in einer auf der zweiten Kante im wesentlichen aufrecht stehende Position aufgerichtet wird.
