The yoke body includes an opening (146) that is operative to receive a post valve (152) of the tank. The yoke is operative to urge the post valve with the plunger into sealed engagement with a passageway (144) in the lower end (174) of each yoke responsive to the movement of a lever arm (156) in pivoting connection with the plunger. A trigger lock (176) is operative to lock the lever arm in an engaged position to prevent the yoke from accidently disengaging with the post valve when a higher pressure source is connected to the yoke.

The present invention provides a sealing arrangement between a flow regulator (110) and a shut-off valve (102) attached to an oxygen cylinder (100). The shut-off valve includes a casing (104) which is adapted to be mounted to an oxygen cylinder containing oxygen gas or an oxygen enhanced gas, a side wall (106) defining a part of the casing. A female outlet port is defined in the side wall of the casing. The flow regulator includes a metallic cylindrical body (112) which has first (112a) and second (112b) end faces. A yoke (116) extends from the first end face of the cylindrical body. A screw bolt (120), which has an end (120a) facing the first end face of the cylindrical body, operates with the yoke to clamp the casing of the shut-off valve between the first end face of the cylindrical body and the end of the screw bolt. A male inlet port (114) extends from the first end face of the cylindrical body into the female outlet port of the shut-off valve to receive the oxygen gas or the oxygen enhanced gas. An o-ring (122) is provided around the inlet port of the flow regulator so that the o-ring is clamped between the first end face of the cylindrical body of the flow regulator and the casing of the shut-off valve when the flow regulator is secured to the shut-off valve. An outboard marine engine has vapor vent control apparatus including a fuel inlet in fluid communication with a fuel reservoir of the engine. The fuel inlet is operably attachable to a fuel pin of a fuel connector. When attached, liquid fuel flows to the fuel reservoir and when detached, liquid fuel flow out of the fuel inlet is prevented. A vapor vent passage is configured in fluid communication with the liquid fuel reservoir and an air intake of the engine. A vent pin is disposed in the vapor vent passage. The vent pin moves between a first position upon attaching the fuel connector to the fuel inlet and a second position upon detaching the fuel connector from the fuel inlet. In the first position, the vapor vent passage is open to fuel vapor flow and, when in the second position, the vapor vent passage is closed to fuel vapor flow.
