Die Probleme von dem Stand der Technik werden mit der in Schutzanspruch 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst. Die Erfindung ermöglicht die Herstellung von einem Textil Duschvorhang, aus Naturfaser 100%, d.h. frei von Kunststoff und in Abhängigkeit von der verwendeten Wachs Emulsion 100% frei von Fluorchemikalien. Da bisher bei der Phobierung von Textil Duschvorhängen immer die maximale Wirkung verlangt und erzielt werden sollte, ist zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt nicht bekannt, das es ein Bestrebungen gab, das verhältnismäßig niedrige Effektniveau einer auf Wachs basierenden Phobierung für Textil Duschvorhänge zu nutzen. Durch die begrenzte Verwendungsdauer eines Textil Duschvorhangs relativiert sich das geringere Effektniveau von wachshaltigen Ausrüstungen ggb. einer langfristig nicht vollständig genutzten, sich in der Umwelt verteilenden, Fluor Ausrüstung, die sich durch Ausspülungen in der Umwelt verteilt. Durch die Verwendung von grundsätzlich schwereren Naturfaser-Geweben und dem zusätzlichen Gewicht von Wachs ist der Duschvorhang schwerer. Daher kann auf das sonst notwendige Beschwerungsband im Saum verzichtet und trotzdem ein am Körper kleben vermieden werden. Damit ist es möglich, den Duschvorhang 100% frei von Fluorchemikalien und 100% frei von Kunststoff, Blei, Zink, Edelstahl zu fertigen. Dort wo der Verbraucher keinen ölabweisenden Duschvorhang benötigt, bedeutet die Erfindung eine ökologisch und gesundheitlich unbedenkliche Duschabtrennung aus Textilgewebe.

Provided are a method for producing a plant fiber composite material to be kneaded with a matrix comprising the steps of: maintaining plant fibers in the state of floating and being dispersed in air in a container; supplying and attaching fine droplets of a wax fine particle dispersion to the surface of the plant fibers; and collecting the plant fiber composite material comprising wax-attached plant fibers, of which each surface is coated with wax fine particles; and a plant fiber composite material to be kneaded with a matrix, which comprises wax-attached plant fibers produced by the method.
