Es werden ein Verfahren zum Montieren eines Kabelschuhs (2) an einem fest in einem Kraftfahrzeug angebrachten Bauteil sowie eine entsprechende Anordnung angegeben. Der Kabelschuh (2) wird elektrisch leitend am Ende einer elektrischen Leitung (1) angeschlossen. Der angeschlossene Kabelschuh (2) wird in ein aus Isoliermaterial bestehendes Aufnahmeelement (4) eingelegt und mit diesem verbunden. Die Einheit aus Aufnahmeelement (4) und Kabelschuh (2) wird an einem ebenfalls aus Isoliermaterial bestehenden Befestigungselement (7) festgelegt, welches fest an dem Bauteil angebracht ist.
