    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a diagnostic server that can easily diagnose whether an abnormality occurring in a vehicle is a result of an attack or simply a malfunction. A diagnostic server 1 of the present invention includes a log acquisition unit 13 that acquires a history of a first log indicating whether an ECU 32 in a vehicle 3 executes predetermined processing in response to a request signal that requests the ECU 32 to execute the predetermined processing, and a communication determination unit 15 that, when a non-execution log indicating that the predetermined processing is not executed is included in the history, determines validity of communication used to transmit the request signal corresponding to the non-execution log.

    Abstract: An electric vehicle (10) includes: (a) an electric motor; (b) a power transmission device for transmitting a power of the electric motor to a drive wheel (12); (c) a driving battery (40) that is to be connected to an external charger; (d) an electric-power control device (50) for controlling an electric power transferred between the battery (40) and the electric motor; (e) a connector (62) connecting between the electric-power control device (50) and an electrical wire (60) that is connected to the battery (40); (f) a relay box (70) for switching power supply paths to the battery (40); and (g) a power source compartment (90) which houses a drive apparatus (14) including the electric motor and the power transmission device and which is provided on a front or rear side of a driver's seat compartment (94) in a longitudinal direction of the electric vehicle (10). The electric-power control device (50), connector (62) and relay box (70) are disposed in the power source compartment (90). The connector (62) is located adjacent to the relay box (70) and is located between the relay box (70) and the driver's seat compartment (94) in the longitudinal direction.

    Abstract: A power distribution unit includes a housing, a cover, and a gasket assembly. The housing, which holds one or more fuses, relays, cables, and busbars, includes a channel located along a perimeter of the housing. The cover is to be placed over the housing. The gasket assembly includes a gasket, multiple gasket ribs, and a gasket connector. The gasket is placed in the channel so that the gasket is sandwiched between the housing and the cover when the cover is placed over the housing. The gasket ribs are located around and attached to the gasket and are placed into gasket rib receivers in the housing. The gasket connector prevents the cover from being secured over the housing without the gasket.
