A link mechanism for opening/closing a gate is disposed on a plate provided on one side face of the housing (20) of a pool hopper (7). A cover (25) covering the entirety of the link mechanism is disposed such that the cover (25) can be fixed removably to the housing (20). A fixing/removing mechanism (62) slides in an elongated hole (64) made at the swelling part (63) of the cover body (61) in the direction of arrows (O, P). The fixing/removing mechanism (62) comprises a slide member (65), a fixing/removing operation member (66) on the outside of the cover body (61) coupled with the slide member (65) and an engaging member (67) on the inside thereof, and nuts (69a, 69b) on the plate side engaging with the engaging member (67).

Further, the curved portion (13a) is formed such that the wall surface (12) and the inclined portion (13b) form a continuous shape.

    摘要: To simplify the construction on the hopper side of a measuring instrument, brackets (24 and 34) are fitted to gates (22 and 32) of a pool hopper (8) or a measuring hopper (9), and rollers (28 and 38) are disposed at their extension portions (24a and 34a). When the operation arms (44 and 64) are swung around support shafts (43 and 63), the gates (22 and 32) of the hoppers (8 and 9) are swung around the support shafts (25 and 35) through the rollers (28 and 38), and lower discharge ports (21b and 31b) are opened/closed.

    摘要: Provided is a highly reliable X-ray inspection device having two line sensors, in which accurate inspection results can be obtained even when there is displacement of the mounting position of the line sensors. The X-ray inspection device (10) is provided with a conveyor unit for conveying an article, an X-ray emitter (13), a first line sensor (14), a second line sensor (15), a detection unit (22ca), and a corrected-image generation unit (22d). The X-ray emitter emits X-rays to the article conveyed by the conveyor unit. The first line sensor detects, in a low energy band, X-rays that have passed through the article. The second line sensor detects, in a high energy band, X-rays that have passed through the article. The detection unit detects positional displacement of the second line sensor with respect to the first line sensor in horizontal direction and vertical direction. The corrected-image generation unit generates, based on the detection result of the detection unit, a corrected second X-ray image by correcting a second X-ray image of the article obtained based on the detection results of the second line sensor.
