摘要: Disclosed is a one-part, atmospheric curing, polyurethane adhesive composition that includes a polyurethane prepolymer that includes a reaction product of a polyol component and an isocyanate component, the polyol component comprising an unsaturated fatty acid esterified polyol comprising a reaction product of a first polyol and at least one of an ethylenically unsaturated oil and an ethylenically unsaturated fatty acid, the first polyol comprising at least three hydroxyl groups, and a % NCO of from at least 4% by weight to no greater than 7% by weight based on the weight of the prepolymer, the adhesive composition exhibiting a viscosity of no greater than 15,000 centipoise at 60° C., and a T-peel value of greater than 40 grams per 25 millimeter in no greater than 4 hours, a method of making a laminate, and a laminate that includes a one-part, atmospheric curing, polyurethane adhesive composition.

摘要: Multilayer laminate film obtained by alternately laminating first and second layer. The two layers comprises respectively two different crystalline thermoplastic resins. The maximum light reflectance of the wavelength region 350-2000nm is higher than that of a base-line obtained from the light reflectance curve in the same wavelength range. Multilayer laminate film is obtained by alternately laminating first and second layer so that >=11 layers are formed and biaxially stretching. Each layer has a thickness of 0.05-0.5mu m. The first layer comprises a crystalline thermoplastic resin, and the second layer comprises a crystalline thermoplastic resin of composition different to the first layer. The maximum light reflectance of the wavelength region 350-2000nm is >=20% higher than that of a base-line obtained from the light reflectance curve in the same wavelength range. Many melting points measured by differential scanning calorimetry, are present and the temperature difference of each melting point is >=5[deg]C. At least one crystallization peak measured by differential scanning calorimetry is present. An independent claim is also included for the manufacture of a biaxially stretched multilayer laminated film by forming a sheet by alternately laminating a crystalline thermoplastic resin for a first layer and a crystalline thermoplastic resin for a second layer with a melting point >=15[deg]C lower than the first layer to give >=11 layers, 2-50 times stretching in the film-forming direction and the width direction, and heat fixing in the range from 10[deg]C lower than the melting point of the second layer to a temperature 15[deg]C lower than the melting point of the first layer.

摘要: A packaging laminate for a retortable packaging container for a food in which the packed food may be stored and, after storage, be heated by microwaves without the packaging container first needing to be opened. The packaging laminate has a core layer and outer, liquid-tight thermoplastic coatings which withstand heating in a retort. Between the core layer and one of the outer coatings, the packaging laminate has a gas barrier film bonded to the core layer. To increase the internal cohesion of the packaging laminate between the layers as well as the tightness properties of the packaging laminate against gases, the film displays, at least on one side, an outer coating of a water-soluble adhesion-promoting polymer component, preferably a modified polyacrylic acid and a water-soluble barrier-increasing polymer component, preferably a polyvinyl alcohol, in a coating quantity of between 1 and 3 g/m2, such as, for example, 1.6 g/m2.

The wind turbine blade includes a blade main body extending from the blade root portion toward a blade tip portion and an FRP reinforcing layer formed so as to cover at least a part of the outer surface of the blade root portion of the blade main body. The FRP reinforcing layer includes a plurality of laminated fiber layers and a resin with which the plurality of fiber layers is impregnated. The FRP reinforcing layer is formed such that, in a cross section along a longitudinal direction of the blade main body, both ends of the plurality of laminated fiber layers in the longitudinal direction are tapered.
