Provided is a management system for performing quality management on production equipment. A management system that includes: an acquisition means that acquires status information for production equipment that is subject to management; a determination means that, on the basis of the acquired status information, determines whether an event has occurred; a display means that displays both an image that schematically or realistically represents a production line included in the production equipment and, separated into the four perspectives Machine, Man, Material, and Method, indicators that indicate the likelihood that there is a factor that caused an event; and an output means that, when a specific event has occurred, outputs, in response to a user selection, analysis results for each of one or more factors belonging to each of the four perspectives, the analysis results indicating a likelihood of having caused the specific event that occurred.

The controller is coupled to the power source. The low-power radio-frequency communication module is also coupled to the controller. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Operator-System für ein Prozessleitsystem, wobei das Operator-System einen Operator-Server (2) und mindestens einen mit dem Operator-Server (2) verbundenen Operator-Client (3, 4) aufweist, wobei Operatoren (Op1, Op2) sich mit jeweiligen Login-Daten über den mindestens einen oder über verschiedene Operator-Clients (3, 4) des Operator-Systems (1) an einem Authentifizierung-Server authentifizieren und der Authentifizierung-Server für authentifizierte Operatoren (Op1, Op2) jeweils einen operatorspezifischen Datensatz (C1, C2) erzeugt, in welchem ein Zugriffs- bzw. Funktionsrecht auf mindestens eine Operator-Server-Anwendung hinterlegt ist. Es werden Maßnahmen vorgeschlagen, mittels der während des Bedien- und Beobachtens eines zu steuernden Prozesses Zugriffs- bzw. In an implementation, a computing system is directed to receive a set of machine data from a gateway device, the machine data comprising operation data of an industrial automation machine controlled by a controller of an industrial automation environment. The set of machine data conforms to a predefined data format and comprises machine state information and ideal production information. The program instructions also direct the computing system to generate metrics data based on the machine data, store the metrics data in a computer readable storage medium, generate a data dashboard based on the stored metrics data, and deliver the data dashboard to a display device of a device configured to communicate with the computing system.
