Accordingly, in accordance with the present invention, it is possible to prevent this type of wrinkle from being attached to the shirt as iron spots and it is possible to finish the shirt clean. In addition, in accordance with the present invention, it is possible to perform both fixing and removing of the cover simply, perform a fast fixing or removing operation and the cover can be installed without being damaged.
