Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dünnwandiger Betonplatten (1), bei dem die Betonplatten (1) in einer Gießform gegossen werden, soll so weitergebildet werden, dass die dünnwandigen Betonplatten mit erhöhtem Verletzungsschutz ohne Verschlechterung der Verarbeitbarkeit, und ohne Verringerung der mechanischen Zug- und Druckfestigkeiten herstellbar sind. Dazu wird vorgeschlagen, dass auf die dünnwandige Betonplatte (1) nach dem Gießen wenigstens einer Betonschicht (2) wenigstens eine dünne Kunststoffschicht (3) als Verbundschicht aufgebracht wird.

There is disclosed a method of coating the outer periphery (103) of a honeycomb structure (100) with a coating material, the honeycomb structure having a ring-like bulge portion (101) on said outer periphery (103). The method comprises the steps of rotating the honeycomb structure (100); bringng a coating member (1) into contact with a side surface (104) of the honeycomb structure, the coating member including a plate-like spatula (2) in which a cut portion (23) is formed in one side edge portion (24), said side edge portion (24) being an inclined surface inclined on a coating surface side, and a rubber sheet (3) in which a cut (33) is formed in an end portion (31) so that an end surface (32) of the end portion (31) is parallel to a back surface (22) of the spatula (2) when the end portion (31) is bent along the side edge portion (24) of the spatula (2); supplying a slurry coating material to the side surface of the honeycomb structure (100), and coating the side surface of the honeycomb structure with the coating material by pressing the side edge portion (24) of the spatula (2) onto the honeycomb structure (100) via the rubber sheet (3).

The present invention concerns a process for manufacturing facing panels in composite material (1) which can be applied to structural and not structural walls, to ceilings, to mobile or fixed surfaces, both inner and external of buildings, enclosures or other structures, mainly, but not exclusively, in home-building field or be used as separate and independent walls too. The invention further concerns the panel (1) built through this process. It allows to make decorative, facing and insulating panels (1) whose thickness changes according to the kind of material (3), which basically reproduce any natural materials, such as stone(s) (14), rock(s), marble, wood and not, for example bricks (15) or other finishes with random shapes at variable height differences (5) in plane or curved surfaces, reducing costs and laying time with great flexibility and easy of use.
