    摘要: Disclosed is a sterile aqueous inhalation solution containing the active substance tobramycin. The inventive preparation is provided with a high active substance content (about 80 to 120 mg/ml tobramycin) and an acidic adjuvant while having a low sodium chloride content (a maximum of about 2 mg/ml). The preparation can be injected or administered as an aerosol with common nebulizers, for example. It is particularly suitable for application in combination with modern vibrating membrane nebulizers and allows an individual therapeutic dose to be applied in significantly less than 10 minutes.
