    摘要: A battery pack includes a plurality of batteries(10) interlocked linearly through a connector (20). The connector includes an inner peripheral portion (23) to be welded to one battery, and an outer peripheral portion (24), provided outside the inner peripheral portion, to be welded to the other battery. The inner peripheral portion and the outer peripheral portion have a step in between, and the step places the inner peripheral portion in a concave portion of the connector. The inner peripheral portion of the connector is present inside a caulking convex strip provided to a battery end face of one battery, and connected to the battery end face through welding without coming in contact with the caulking convex strip. The outer peripheral portion is connected to an outer peripheral portion of a battery end face of the other battery through welding.

    摘要: A driving circuit in a display apparatus includes a current driving unit for supplying a driving current in a forward direction to a light emitting element based on control data. The current driving unit is furnished with a function of supplying a predetermined current in a reverse direction to the light emitting element. The driving circuit further includes a voltage comparing unit for judging whether a reverse voltage necessary to supply the predetermined current in the reverse direction is smaller than a predetermined voltage. The driving circuit notifies an abnormal condition of the light emitting element based on a judgment by the voltage comparing unit. Consequently, it is possible to detect a light emitting element generating a leak current in a reverse direction of the light emitting element even when the light emitting element is connected to the driving circuit.

One part (34') of the working area (34) is located in a face area and another part (34") is located in a cylinder area of the grinding wheel (28). One part (34') is used for roughing down and the other is used to smooth-polish the surface that is to be created on the cutting knife (22). The grinding wheel (28) has the same abrasive covering for the entire working area (34). Roughing down and smooth-polishing occur using areas of the grinding wheel (28) that have the same specifications but different grinding parameters. Preferably, spatial orientation between the grinding wheel (28) and the cutting knife (22) is selected by adjusting the cutting knife (22) in relation to the grinding wheel (28). The inventive method enables planar and/or convex and concave surfaces to be created on a cutting knife.
