摘要: A piezoelectric transformer comprising a rectangular piezoelectric body (23) divided into first to fourth regions (A1 to A4) in the longitudinal direction, planar electrodes (24, 25, 26, and 27) provided in the first and fourth regions (A1 and A4) as input electrodes, and belt-like electrodes (30 and 31) provided at the boundary between the other two regions (A2 and A3) as output electrodes and polarized oppositely in the longitudinal direction. By applying an AC input voltage of the frequency corresponding to the wavelength equal to the length of the piezoelectric body (23) to the input electrodes, the piezoelectric body (23) is vibrated in a one-wavelength resonance mode and the voltage generated by the piezoelectric effect resulting from the vibration is taken out of the output electrodes. This transformer has a small size, generates little vibration speed heat, and is efficient. In a modification of the transformer, the input electrodes can be installed, not in the first and fourth regions, but in the other two regions in which the displacement distributions are symmetrical or opposite in the one-wavelength resonance mode, and the output electrodes are installed in the other regions. In another modification, the first and second areas serve as the input section and are formed separately from the output section of the third and fourth regions and the input and output sections are stuck to each other.

摘要: An oil lubricating system mounted on a vibrating plate compactor has a center chamber (5) and outer chambers (6,7) in the housing partitioned by a pair of bearings on the left and the right axially attached to the rotor shaft in the housing, and the oil in the housing is supplied not only to the center chamber but also to the outside chambers sufficiently by the rotation of the eccentric rotor to thereby impart uniform lubrication to the inner and the outer edges of the bearings for improving durability. As a means to supply the oil from the center chamber to the outside chambers, hollow oil supply passages (9) are provided on the left and the right rotor shafts axially mounted to the bearings to let the oil in the housing flow from the center chamber to the outer chambers.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for extracting the oleaginous substances from sporoderm-broken Ganoderma spores using SCF-CO 2 . The method contains the steps of breaking the Ganoderma spores by a mechanical means to obtain the sporoderm-broken spores; and extracting the oleaginous substances from the sporoderm-broken spores using a supercritical fluid - carbon dioxide (SCF-CO 2 ) extraction method. Before breaking the spores by a mechanical means, there may be steps of inducing germination of Ganoderma spores by incubating the spores in a nutritional solution and activating the Ganoderma spores by placing the germination-induced spores in a well ventilated culture box kept at constant temperature and humidity to obtain the sporoderm-broken spores. As for SCF-CO 2 , the preferred supercritical conditions include 5 M to 60 M Pa of pressure; 32°C to 85°C of temperature; and 5 kg/h to 80 kg/h of flow capacity rate. The total extraction time in SCF-CO 2 is between 0.5 hour to 6 hour. The method produces approximately 37% by weight of oleaginous substances from the sporoderm-broken Ganoderma spores. These oleaginous substances are transparent and contain the special fragrance of Ganoderma spores. There is no trace of deposit, solvent residue, or oxidization in the oleaginous substances.
