A luminaire includes (i) light-emitting elements (LEEs), (ii) couplers to receive light from the LEEs and to redirect the received light, and (iii) a light guide including input and output ends and a pair of opposing surfaces both extending along an axis of the light guide. The light guide receives light from the couplers at the input end and guides light along the axis to the output end. The luminaire includes (iv) a diffuser adjacent the light guide to diffuse at least a portion of the light output by the light guide, and (v) a reflector to receive the light emitted from the output end of the light guide, such that light output by the light guide without impinging on the diffuser impinges on only one of the surfaces of the reflector. When operated, the luminaire outputs light within first and second output angular ranges.

Ein Beleuchtungssystem (10) umfasst einen Lichtstrahler (20), einen Arbeitsplatz (3110) und eine Raumdecke (410). Der Lichtstrahler (20) ist dazu ausgestaltet, einen Strom von sichtbarem Licht (220, 220') an die Raumdecke (41; 410) zu strahlen. Die Raumdecke (410) ist so beschaffen, dass der vom Lichtstrahler (20) an die Raumdecke (410) gestrahlte Strom von sichtbarem Licht (220, 220') ein Leuchtenobjekt (50, 50') mit vordefinierten Leuchteigenschaften an der Raumdecke (410) erzeugt. Das Leuchtenobjekt (50, 50') an der Raumdecke (41; 410) leuchtet gezielt den Arbeitsplatz (3110) aus. Das erfindungsgemässe Beleuchtungssystem (10) ermöglicht eine flexibel anpassbare Ausleuchtung spezifisch von Arbeitsplätzen (3110) in einem Raum (40).

A lighting device includes one or more lighting assemblies, each having a light emitting diode (LED) emitting a light and a lens. Each lens has an impinging light surface refracting a first segment of the light to emerge from an exterior surface of the lens and a second segment of the light intersecting a side mirror whereat it is reflected to emerge from the lens. The lens collecting a large portion of the light emitted by the LED projects an evenly illuminating elongated light beam and appears evenly illuminating when viewed from an exterior location.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (1) mit einem vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen eben ausgebildeten Reflektorpaneel (2), an dem eine facettierte Reflektorflächenstruktur (8) vorgesehen ist, die bei schleifend schräger Bestrahlung durch zumindest eine Lichtquelle (7) Licht gerichtet in einer gemeinsamen Vorzugsrichtung abstrahlt und eine Vielzahl von Reflektorflächenstücken (3) umfasst, die im Wesentlichen eben ausgebildet sind und der Lichtquelle (7) unter im Wesentlichen gleichen Anstellwinkeln zugewandt sind. The lighting apparatus includes: a first light emitting diode (LED) module including a plurality of LEDs disposed on one side of a first substrate; a second LED module including the plurality of the LEDs disposed on one side of a second substrate, wherein the one side of the second substrate is disposed apart from the one side of the first substrate; and a reflector being disposed between the first LED module and the second LED module and reflecting in a light emission direction light emitted from the plurality of the LEDs. When the light emitted from the plurality of the LEDs is reflected by a reflective surface of the reflector, and is projected to a plane, images of outermost light sources are distributed on the plane to substantially have a circular shape.
