摘要： A wirelaying apparatus (2) includes a tool arm (21) with a tool head (22) which carries a wirelaying tool (30). The tool (30) has a cutting tip (31) through which a wire (12) is laid into a working surface (11) of a workpiece (10). The workpiece (10) is retained in a retainer (40) and is moved relative to the wirelaying tool (30). In use, the cutting tip (31) follows along an arcuate path while laying the (10) wire into the working surface (11) of the workpiece (10). Thus, more complex wirelaying configurations are achieved, such as a bi-helical wirelaying pattern in a generally cylindrical pipe fitting or a bi-spiral wirelaying pattern in a semi-cylindrical saddle coupler pipe fitting.

摘要： A method which can correctly calculate a twist angle in a wire harness, an apparatus for the method, and a program for the method are provided. In the invention, a shape obtained by deforming a reference shape model and superimposing the deformed reference shape model on a deformed shape model is calculated with using a finite element method, while referring physical properties of a wire-ike structure. In accordance with the superimposition, also a reference axis of the reference shape model is rotated. An angle formed by the reference axis at the timing when the superimposition is ended, and a clamp axis of the deformed shape model and/or a virtual clamp axis is calculated as a twist angle.
