摘要: A method of making solid oxide solid oxide electrolyte membrane comprises steps (S1)-(S5). Step (S1), mixing a high molecular polymer and a first solvent to form a first mixed slurry; and homogenizing the first mixed slurry, to obtain a reagent A. Step (S2), mixing an oxide powder, a dispersant and a second solvent to form a second mixed slurry, treating the second mixed slurry, to obtain a reagent B. Step (S3), adding a protective agent into the reagent B to form a third mixed slurry, and homogenizing the third mixed slurry to obtain a reagent C. Step (S4), mixing the reagent A and the reagent C to form a fourth mixed slurry, and treating the fourth mixed slurry a fifth mixed slurry; and homogenizating the fifth mixed slurry to form a solid electrolyte slurry. And step (S5), producing the solid oxide solid oxide electrolyte membrane by a coating process.

The method for manufacturing a crosslinked structure-containing separator for a lithium secondary battery includes adding a photoinitiator to a coating solution for forming a porous adhesive layer, and thus requires no additional equipment for the photocrosslinking of a polyolefin porous support, thereby realizing a simplified process

摘要: Provided is a slurry composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery heat-resistant layer that has excellent dispersion stability and coatability and that can form a heat-resistant layer for a non-aqueous secondary battery having excellent heat shrinkage resistance. The slurry composition contains a water-soluble polymer, non-conductive particles, and water. The water-soluble polymer includes an amide group-containing monomer unit and an acid group-containing monomer unit, with the proportional content of the amide group-containing monomer unit being 60 mass% to 98 mass% and the proportional content of the acid group-containing monomer unit being 1 mass% to 25 mass% in the water-soluble polymer. The slurry composition has a pH of 7.0 to 10.0, a viscosity of 10 mPa·s to 300 mPa·s, and a contact angle with a polyethylene substrate of 20° to 50°.
