摘要: A separator includes a polymer layer and a porous material layer. The porous material layer includes a porous material. The porous material includes a metal-organic framework material, a covalent organic framework material, a molecular sieve material, or a microporous polymer. The separator contains micropores and sub-nanopores. By applying the separator to an electrochemical device, solvent molecules in an electrolyte solution can be confined within pore channels of the separator while the electrolyte solution penetrates the separator, thereby not only reducing side reactions between lithium metal and the electrolyte solution during cycling of the electrochemical device and improving the cycle performance of the electrochemical device, but also increasing the mobility of lithium ions and improving the electrochemical performance of the electrochemical device.

摘要: A high thermal-stability separator and method for manufacturing thereof are disclosed. The high thermal-stability separator comprises a porous film and a titanium oxide or/and titanium hydroxide film, wherein the porous film comprises a porous substrate and a inorganic layer, wherein the inorganic layer comprises a plurality of inorganic particles and a binder, the inorganic layer is formed on at least one surface of the porous substrate, and the porous substrate and the inorganic layer have a plurality of interconnected porous structures; and the titanium oxide or/and titanium hydroxide film is formed on the surface and the inner walls of porous structures of the porous film. The present high thermal-stability separator can provide enhanced compression retention and excellent high temperature melt integrity, and maintain a satisfied air permeability (Gurley) after compression.

摘要: Provided is a composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery adhesive layer with which it is possible to form an adhesive layer for a non-aqueous secondary battery that strongly adheres battery members to each other even through pressing at normal temperature. The composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery adhesive layer contains a first particulate polymer and a second particulate polymer differing from the first particulate polymer. The first particulate polymer has a core-shell structure including a core portion and a shell portion at least partially covering an outer surface of the core portion. A polymer of the core portion and the second particulate polymer each include a (meth)acrylate monomer unit including a chain alkyl group having a carbon number of 4 or more. When a proportion constituted by the (meth)acrylate monomer unit including a chain alkyl group having a carbon number of 4 or more in the first particulate polymer is taken to be A mass%, a proportion constituted by the (meth)acrylate monomer unit including a chain alkyl group having a carbon number of 4 or more in the second particulate polymer is taken to be B mass%, proportional content of the first particulate polymer among total mass of the first particulate polymer and the second particulate polymer is taken to be X mass%, and proportional content of the second particulate polymer among total mass of the first particulate polymer and the second particulate polymer is taken to be Y mass%, a value calculated by formula (1): (AX + BY)/(X + Y), is 75 mass% or more.

摘要: Provided is a separator for a non-aqueous secondary battery, the separator contains a porous substrate and an adhesive porous layer that is provided on one side or on both sides of the porous substrate, and that contains a polyvinylidene fluoride type resin and an inorganic filler, in which an average primary particle size of all of the inorganic filler contained in the adhesive porous layer is from 0.01 µm to less than 0.50 µm, and when differential scanning calorimetry is performed with all of the polyvinylidene fluoride type resin contained in the adhesive porous layer as a sample, two or more endothermic peaks and/or two or more exothermic peaks are observed.
