To provide a camouflage active component that can be utilized in for example skin camouflage or camouflage paint to provide both visual and thermal camouflage, the present invention presents a low emissive camouflage flake (1, 2) wherein a metal layer (11, 21) having reflective properties in the thermal radiation range is coated with a coloured coating (13, 23) having transparency properties in the thermal radiation range. The metal layer (11,21) gives the camouflage flake (1,2) its low emission properties in the thermal radiation range while the coloured coating (13, 23) absorbs and or reflects radiation in certain parts of the visible radiation range, thereby giving the camouflage flakes (1, 2) a desired colour. The low emissive camouflage flake (1, 2) may also comprise a stabilizing film (25), such as a polyester film, to simplify the manufacturing of the flakes.

In a multipoint-to-point link, packets (T) are transmitted over a shared medium to a central node (10) in response to permits (TP). The central node (10) issues permits to a multipoint node (20) on the basis of a queue size record (11) held at the central node. The queue record is updated on receipt of a queue size report (request for permits) (RP) from the multipoint node. Due to the transmission delays across the link, an erroneous queue value can be recorded at the central node when permits and a request for permits are sent at about the same time. This problem is overcome and the transfer capacity improved when the central node holds a record of the permits sent during the preceding round trip delay. Any incoming request for permits is then adjusted by the number of stored permits before it is utilised to update the queue record.

The invention relates to a method and a device for making it able to support traffic loads to a very high extent for a cell (2) of a radio base station (1) in a cellular radio communication network in communication with mobile stations (MSA, MSB, MSC) within the range of the radio base station. Frequency hopping and adaptive antenna means is used to provide at least two cell regions. A hopping list (HSN) of frequencies for the cell is allocated, and the frequency offset numbers (MAIOs) in the hopping list, to set the allowable frequency hopping procedure of the cell. The position in the cell for each mobile station within the cell boundary is determined. A frequency offset number (MAIO) is allocated for each mobile station. The cell is provided with at least one different lobe (L1', L2'; L1'', L2'', L3'') for each said cell region using at least one different adaptive antenna lobe for each said cell region. The lobes in the cell have suppression between each other. A different set of the frequency offset numbers (MAIOs) is assigned for each region. Each set for each of the cell regions has a value increment by at least two, and so that different regions have different sets of the frequency offset numbers (MAIOs) not overlapping each other.
