摘要： A one-piece plastic container includes a body defining a longitudinal axis and having an upper portion, a sidewall portion and a base portion. The upper portion has a spout defining an opening into the container and a finish offset radially outwardly from the spout. A trough defines a passage into the body. The trough slopes toward the passage and defines a non-orthogonal angle relative to the longitudinal axis. According to other features, the sidewall portion is integrally formed with and extends from the upper portion to the base portion. The base portion closes off an end of the container. The finish defines a means, such as at least one thread, for attaching a closure thereon.

According to the invention, the interior of the pouring tube (2) forms a first passageway for the exit of liquid from the container, and a second passageway for allowing air to enter into the container is formed by an air gap (x) defined between a second portion (22) of the outer surrounding surface of the pouring tube (2) and the spout (6), air entering the container to replace displaced water, flowing into the air gap (x) and then into handle (3) before entering the body region (1).

摘要： A unitary beverage container (10) includes a main body (12) defining a container volume (14). A flexible straw (20) (20) is fluidly connected at a proximal end (22) with the volume (14) adjacent the bottom (18) of the main body (12). The flexible straw (20) includes a series of segments (21) which provide bending diaphragms. The straw (20) also includes a distal end (32) which is preferably in the form of a planar hollow mouthpiece (34) having vertical wings (35a, 35b) and a central aperture (40) therein with the mouthpiece (34) is located adjacent the top (16) of the main body (12). The segments (21) of the straw (20) near the bottom (18) are strengthened and a curved portion (20a) of the straw has wedge shaped segments (21a). An attaching mechanism (36) removably attaches the distal end (32) of the flexible straw (20) to the top (16) of the main body (12) and closes the aperture (40) of the distal end (32). The attaching mechanism (36) includes a short hollow bridge (38) extending from the aperture (40) at the distal end (32) of the flexible straw (20) which is broken during removal of the flexible straw (20) to uncover the aperture (40) prior to use. The hollow bridge (38) is connected to a hollow chamber (43) which is otherwise isolated fluidly from the container volume (14). A concavity (44) in which the mouthpiece (34) is received is provided at the top (16). A second attaching mechanism (28) removably attaches the flexible straw (20) to the main body (12).

Die Verpackung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußmembran (4) eine Öffnung (11) und an ihrer Außenseite gleichfalls eine siegelfähige Kunststoffschicht aufweist und daß ein Halsteil (12) aus formstabilem Kunststoff vorgesehen ist, das mit einem Kragen (14) der Verschlußmembran (4) außenseitig anliegt und deren Öffnung (11) mit einem hülsenartigen Ansatz (15) durchgreift, und daß der Ansatz zu einem der Membran innenseitig anliegenden Kragen (17) umgeformt ist und wenigstens einer der beiden Kragen mit der Kunststoffschicht der Verschlußmembran (4) verschweißt ist.
