    摘要: La pompe de charge pouvant être réalisée en circuit intégré comporte un étage de sortie fait d'une source (SCE) de courant de charge basique (52), et d'une source (SNK) de courant de décharge basique (51) de construction identique. Un signal de référence (CKreF) est amené à une bascule (40A) de type D, et un signal d'oscillateur local (CKvar) est amené à une autre bascule (40B) de même type. La sortie (28,27) de la bascule (40A,40B) déclenche un circuit de commande (30A,30B) dont la sortie (C-SCE,C-SNK) commande la source de courant (SCE,SNK).
    Les entrées d'une porte logique (60) sont reliées aux circuits de commande (30A,30B), la porte fournit aux bascules (40A,40B) et aux circuits de commande (30) un signal de remise dans un état inactif.
    Des tensions de polarisation communes aux circuits de commande sont générées par un circuit (20), qui fixe en outre le courant unité de sortie de la pompe de charge.
    Les éléments utilités dans le circuit ont donc des sources de bruit corrélées qui s'annulent et la qualité du signal de sortie est améliorée.

    摘要: Magneto-optical recording and reproducing equipment contains an electromagnet which reverses the magnetization of the magneto-optical layer of the magneto-optical disk in function of the bits to be stored. To ensure rapid and reliable reversal of the magnetic field, an oscillating circuit comprising a coil (L) and a capacitor (C), which is connected in parallel to a series circuit consisting of two diodes (D1, D2) of opposite polarity, is provided. Each diode (D1, D2) can be bridged by a controllable switch (S1, S2). Each connection (A, B) of the oscillating circuit can be connected, by a series circuit consisting of a resistor (R1, R2) and acontrollable switch (S3, S4), to one pole of a voltage source (+U), the other pole of which is connected to the common function of the two diodes (D1, D2). The two connections (A, B) of the oscillating circuit can also be connected to one electrode of a diode (D3, D4, respectively), the other electrode of which is connected, by a controllable switch (S3, S4), with one pole of a supply voltage source (-U) and, by a series circuit consisting of an inductance (L2, L3) and a resistor (R1, R2), to the other pole of the supply voltage source (-U). A control circuit (S) controls the controllable switches (S1-S4) in such a way that energy is supplied to the oscillating circuit when the capacitor (C) is discharged.     摘要: A capacitive load driving circuit for amplifying a spike-like signal at a high-speed and obtaining a high-voltage large current load, wherein a booster of a low consumption current is used. In the circuit, two transistors (104, 111) are interconnected in series between a first power supply (H1) and a second power supply (L1) whose potential is lower than that of the first power supply, and an output terminal (OUT) is provided at the joint at which the two transistors are connected. The first transistor (104) connected between the first power supply and the output terminal, and the second transistor (111) connected between the output terminal and the second power supply are so selected that they are complementary to each other. The first transistor (104) is a PNP bipolar transistor or a P-type field effect transistor, and on the other hand, the second transistor (111) is an NPN-type bipolar transistor or an N-type field effect transistor. Further, provided between the control terminals of the respective transistors and an input terminal part (IN) are two parallel circuits each comprising a means for giving a bias to the control terminal and a capacitor.
