    摘要: The present invention is directed to a method for laser ablation of fluorocarbon materials, such as fluorocarbon resins, and to applications for laser ablating such fluorocarbons. More specifically, a UV adsorbing additive, such as carbon black, is compounded with a fluorocarbon resin which is then subjected to laser ablation. The present invention is particularly useful for bulk structure fabrication, e.g., microstructure microfabrication.
