In particular, the angiogenesis and inflammation to which reference is made is pathologic angiogenesis and inflammation, for example that which sustains the development and spread of a tumor or angiogenesis and inflammation tied to non-tumor pathologies. The present invention relates to a method for preparing wine must, starting from a mixture of Tuscan grapes: Sangiovese, Aleatico and Canaiolo grapes, and comprising soaking and fermentation steps. The must obtained with the method of the invention can be used as a non-fizzy beverage, free of chemical preservatives, or it can be used as an ingredient for the preparation of food products, such as hazelnut creams and tomato sauces.
