    摘要: An internal heat exchange-type distillation column integrally having a recovery section and a concentration section. Heat transmission means is provided on the surface of the concentration section adjoining the recovery section, and the means is received in the recovery section. Steam is directly supplied to the heat transmission means from the concentration section side, heat is transmitted from the means to the recovery section, and after the transmission, condensate liquid is returned to the concentration section. With the structure above, heat in the concentration section is efficiently used in the recovery section. At least one opening/closing section is provided, or the recovery section and the concentration section are separatably constructed, so that the content in the recovery section and the concentration section can be easily exchanged or cleaned, facilitating maintenance.

    摘要: An internal heat exchange-type distillation column comprising a stripping section and a rectifying section that are integrated into one piece is provided. The heat transfer means is provided on a face of the rectifying section that is in contact with the stripping section, and the heat transfer means is accommodated in the stripping section. The heat transfer means is supplied with steam directly from the rectifying section so that heat is transmitted from the heat transfer means to the stripping section, and liquid that has been condensed as a result of heat transfer is returned to the rectifying section. Having such a configuration, heat of the rectifying section is efficiently used in the stripping section. Further, at least one open/close section is provided in the internal heat exchange-type distillation column or the rectifying section and the stripping section is separably integrated into one piece, each contents in the stripping section and the rectifying section can be replaced or cleaned easily through the open/close section.
