    摘要: The invention relates to a closing device for an injection moulding machine for synthetic materials. Said device comprises a fixed tool clamping plate (11) which is connected to a moveable tool clamping plate (12) by means of an articulated lever mechanism (13). A hollow shaft drive (7) co-operating with a spindle (21) is provided in order to actuate the articulated lever mechanism, said hollow shaft drive (7) being connected to the articulated lever mechanism (13). According to the invention, the spindle (21) is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner, the end of the spindle (21) facing the moveable tool clamping plate (12) is engaged with the rotor (6) of the hollow shaft drive (7), and the stator (4) of the hollow shaft drive is connected to the articulated lever mechanism (13). Preferably, a spindle nut is fixed in the rotor (6), said nut being engaged with the spindle, preferably in the form of a recirculating ball screw.

    Um die erste zentrale Verarbeitungseinrichtung von übermäßigen Steuerungs- oder Kommunikationsaufgaben zu entlasten wird vorgeschlagen (i) eine erste Vorverarbeitungseinheit zu verwenden, welche für mehrere Sensoren und/oder Aktoren die Signalvorverarbeitung etc. übernimmt oder eine weitere Vorverarbeitungseinheit vorzusehen, welche die zentrale Verarbeitungseinrichtung unmittelbar von der Buskommunikation entlastet.

    摘要: The invention relates to a threaded drive consisting of a threaded axle (1), a screw nut (2) and rolling bodies. When said threaded drive is subjected to a high static load, the forces are transmitted from the threaded axle (1) to the screw nut (2) by means of the rolling body. As the contact surfaces between the rolling bodies, the screw nut (2) and the threaded axle (1) are very small, only relatively weak forces can be transmitted. In order to adapt the threaded drive to high static loads, using simple construction measures, the surface of the threaded axle (1) between the grooves (4) of the rolling bodies is provided with locking forms which can be positively connected with complementary locking forms of locking elements (7, 8) which can be essentially transversally displaced in relation to the axis of the threaded axle (1).
