摘要: After introducing gas into a cavity (113) of a clamped die to boost a pressure therein, a resin material (X) containing a foaming agent is injected. After forming a skin layer, at the same time as a start of a core-back operation for foaming the resin material (X) or after the core-back operation, gas in the cavity (113) is vacuum-suctioned to make a pressure in the cavity (113) less than the atmospheric pressure. By cooling and solidifying, an injection foam molded article is obtained. Before complete solidification, gas between the resin material (X) and an inner surface of the die (110) is reliably discharged out of the cavity (113), so that surface recesses and generation of swirl marks due to gas accumulation can be prevented.

摘要: The present invention provides an aromatic polycarbonate resin product for producing optical disc substrates of high reliability at high molding yield.
The aromatic polycarbonate resin for optical disc substrates is produced by adding 0.015 to 0.05 parts by mass of a C 14 -C 30 fatty acid monoglyceride to 100 parts by mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, adding water having an electric conductivity, as measured at 25°C, of 1 µS/cm or less to the resin, the water content of the resin being controlled to 0.05 to 0.3 mass%, melt-extruding the water-added resin, cooling, and cutting to form pellets, the resin having a viscosity average molecular weight (Mv) of 10,000 to 20,000.

摘要: A method for recording and erasure of images using a rewritable thermal label of the non-contact type which enables complete elimination of residual images after the erasure and repeated rewriting. The absorptivity of laser light used for the recording with the surface of the label is 50% or greater, the laser light irradiating the surface of the label for the recording has a wavelength of 700 to 1,500 nm and an amount of energy of irradiation of 5.0 to 15.0 mJ/mm 2 , the product of the amount of energy of irradiation of the laser light and the absorptivity of the laser light during the recording is 3.0 to 14.0 mJ/mm 2 , and the product of the amount of energy of irradiation of the laser light and the absorptivity of the laser light with the surface of the label during the erasure is 1.1 to 3.0 times as great as the corresponding product during the recording.

摘要: There is disclosed an overlaminating adhesive film comprising a transparent film, an adhesive layer and a release material successively laminated in this order, wherein said release material has a surface contacting with the adhesive layer, said surface having a centerline average surface roughness of 0.5 µm or lower; an adhesive forming said adhesive layer has a pH of 7.2 to 8.5 in a solution state before applied, and is an acrylic emulsion-type adhesive having an average particle size of 200 nm or smaller; and a monomer component used for production of said adhesive includes an alkoxysilane group-containing unsaturated monomer in which each alkoxy group has 1 to 4 carbon atoms, but includes no hydroxy-containing unsaturated monomer. The overlaminating adhesive film of the present invention exhibits a good water resistance and is free from deterioration in its transparency due to lifting or bubbles when laminated on an adherend, and further prevents an ink-jet printed surface over which the adhesive film is laminated, from suffering from ink bleeding even when the printed surface is allowed to stand under humidified conditions.
