摘要:
Method for manufacturing a plastic fuel tank by moulding a parison in which, during the moulding operation, a pipe (3) is attached to the parison at at least two points, the said pipe being deformable.
摘要:
Method for producing a fuel tank provided with internal accessories (2, 3) and having a wall (1) made of plastic made in a single piece by moulding a split parison or a parison in at least two parts, said method comprising the following steps: a) the parison is introduced in the heat-softened state into a mould comprising dies; b) a core on which the accessories (2, 3) are placed is introduced inside the parison; c) the parison is pressed onto the dies of the mould; d) the accessories (2, 3) are fastened to the parison with the aid of the core in an ideal layout; e) the core is withdrawn and the mould is closed; f) the tank is moulded from the parison; and g) the tank is removed from the mould.

The invention concerns a method for producing a fuel tank from plastic material comprising the following steps: - inserting a plastic parison (1) into an open mould comprising mould cavities (3, 4); - introducing at least one obstacle element between the mould cavities; and - introducing a pressurised fluid into the parison in order to perform pre-blowing of the parison and applying a part of the parison against the obstacle element (5, 6), in such a way as to prevent said part of the parison from being clamped between the mould cavities.

During the data reading process, data is stored in an electronic device (10) incorporated into a tyre identified by a registration number and a week of manufacture number, the device (10) comprising data storage means (20), the storage means (20) comprising a data storage zone comprising a storage interval in the form of bits, this interval being known as a restricted interval and comprising a number of bits less than or equal to 38. During the process: the data stored in the restricted interval is read; and the read data is decoded in order to determine the registration number and the week number of the tyre.
