The invention relates to a simulator for learning tracheal intubation, including: an anatomical dummy element (1) reproducing at least one oral cavity (2) provided with a tongue (4), an epiglottis (7), and the corresponding glossoepiglottic fold (8); and a simulation system (15) capable of determining at least one physiological parameter of a patient subjected to a tracheal intubation. Said simulator comprises: at least one force sensor (13) arranged on the dummy element at the glossoepiglottic fold so as to measure the force applied at this point by the blade (11) of a laryngoscope (12) handled by the operator; and transmission means (14) for providing the value of the measurement performed by said force sensor at the input of said simulation system, wherein the simulation system is arranged so as to take said value of the measurement performed by the force sensor into account for determining said physiological parameter.

The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising liposomes which coencapsulate 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and 2′-deoxyinosine (d-Ino). In a preferred embodiment, the liposomes comprise phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidyl-glycol (PG) and sterol, preferably in a molar ratio PC/PG/sterol of 20-80/10-60/15-60. The invention further provides a method for preparing liposomes which coencapsulate 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and 2′-deoxyinosine (d-Ino), and the use thereof for the manufacture of a medicament for treating cancer in a patient.
