摘要： An air cylinder having an inner cylinder (15) and an outer cylinder (19), wherein one end of the inner cylinder (15) is closed with a plate and other end of the inner cylinder is closed with a partition (17) to form a chamber between the plate and the partition (17). One end of the outer cylinder (19) is kept open to the outside and other end of the outer cylinder (19) is closed with a plate, and an annular clearance is formed between the inner cylinder (15) and the outer cylinder (19) to build a film of air, whereby the outer cylinder is slidably displaced on the inner cylinder in the axial direction with the film of air kept therebetween.
