Abstract:
The cartridge (1) for dispensing an aerosol comprises a liquid container (12), a nozzle (5) in communication with the container (12) via a suction cannula (4) and a compressor (6) capable of producing a carrier stream of compressed air introduced into the nozzle (5) such that the contents of the container are first sucked in, then fractionated and finally propelled into an expansion chamber (13) and then to the outside. The cartridge is remarkable in that the elements of which it consists form a non-dismountable assembly and in that it comprises means (9) of planned obsolescence capable of directly or indirectly determining the total quantity of liquid consumed during previous operation cycles, capable of comparing this value with a setpoint value representative of the quantity of liquid present in the container before the first use, and capable of preventing the subsequent operation of the compressor when the liquid contained in the container has been drained.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vaporising nozzle (1) consisting of a nozzle body (10) comprising a first bore (11) for conveying pressurised gas, at least one second bore (12) for conveying a liquid to be vaporised and communicating with the first bore, and an area (13) for vaporising the liquid, formed in the axis of the first bore (11). Said nozzle is characterised in particular in that each bore (12) for conveying liquid communicates with the first bore (11) through a negative pressure chamber (15) formed between said first bore and the vaporising area, said negative pressure chamber (15) being crossed from side to side by the stream of propellant gas.
